China's auto parts ranks among the global procurement system

China's auto parts exports have risen along with the growth of the entire vehicle industry, and have entered the international market before the entire vehicle industry. In 1990, the China National Automobile Industry Import and Export Corporation was established in Beijing, and automobiles and auto parts have since been monopolized by specific companies as a specific product.

After my country's accession to the WTO, the auto parts industry has further integrated into the international market, and exports have maintained rapid and stable growth. According to statistics, from 2000 to 2005, the average annual growth rate of my country's auto parts exports was 54.4%, which greatly exceeded the 29.5% import growth rate.

Multinational auto and parts companies have set up auto parts procurement centers in China to increase their procurement efforts. China has become the world's fourth largest producer and exporter of auto parts after the United States, Japan, and Germany.

While the export value and quantity continue to grow, China's auto parts export is also realizing the transformation of export form, product structure, export area and export market. China's auto parts have entered the global procurement system.
